The short version:We collect as little as possible. We do not sell your data. Conversations with Laive are processed by Anthropic's AI and are not stored long-term on our servers. You can delete your account at any time.
Who we are
Love.Laive.Live (operated at couplesaitherapy.com) is an AI-powered relationship support platform.
We are not a licensed therapy provider. We do not employ licensed therapists or mental health professionals.

What data we collect
When you use the chat: Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We do not store conversation content on our servers beyond your current session unless you create an account.
When you create an account: We collect your email address and optional name. We do not collect payment data directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
When you upload screenshots: Images are sent directly to Anthropic's vision API for analysis. We do not store your uploaded images.
Automatically collected: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We use privacy-respecting analytics.

- Resend — transactional email delivery
Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your email and profile data within 30 days.
Conversation data stored in your browser's local storage is cleared when you clear your browser data or start a new chat.

Laive is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
