You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.

You agree not to:

• Use Laive to harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Use Laive as a substitute for emergency services in crisis situations
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Free users receive a limited number of AI sessions per period. Paid subscriptions (Bond, Pair, Deep) provide expanded access. Subscription fees are billed as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@couplesaitherapy.com.

Laive uses AI which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unhelpful responses. Do not rely on Laive's responses as the sole basis for major life decisions. AI responses are not professional advice. Use your own judgment.

The Laive name, brand, and content are owned by Love.Laive.Live. Your conversation content remains yours. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any relationship outcomes or results from using Laive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love.Laive.Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
